Hey, I'm fourteen, five ft seven, and I weigh 145. I'm planning on weight lifting three times a week and for cardio, swimming three times a week. I have been doing some research and I found that people will keep more fat from swimming becuase of keeping heat in your body...will I lose more fat from swimming/weightlifting than eliptical-bike-jog/weightlifting. Also, I do have some medical problems like inside and crap and I find that jogging, I get exhausted and I don't feel good. Besides, I enjoy swimming...
