Swimming better than cycling 5x a week

hi b4 every weight session i cycle for about 30mins at
60 - 70% mhr
i find its weakening my hamstrings ...would swimming be better,

How is it wekaening your hamstrings? Do you mean they aren't fresh for lifting? Switch to a brief warm-up on the bike, then lift and then cycle, should be better. Any cardio before you lift will take away some of thepower and energy you have to lift.
