i NEVER sweat when i work out. for example i was running on a treadmill and wearing black windpants and a blue t-shirt and i didnt sweat but maybe a drop or two. is that bad? i know you lose toxins and stuff when you sweat so would that affect your bodys homeostasis or something? any comments welcome.

Some people are sweaters and some people aren't. How out of breath do you get?
How long have you been working out?
The longer you stay with your program, the more likely you will start to really sweat. The fitter you are the more sweat galnds open up in your skin.
Keep with it, and don't try to wear hot clothing to make yourself sweat, you will overheat - which can be dangerous.
Good Luck!

Keep it up, stay hydrated (you can't sweat if you are dehydrated), and stay motivated!

I'm also one that doesn't really sweat. I can't remember a time when I ever did. Even when I played softball in two leagues at once I didn't sweat.
I never thought about the fact that I might once I get fitter. Thanks for the tip!

Oh my goodness, I sweat like a pig. Ever since i was young 11,12 years old, there was no deoderant that would keep me dry. My mom had to rub alcohol under my pits to keep dry.
I was always embarrased, my white shirts would turn yellow. Gross... I'm under control now.
Though I would post this tid bit funny about me.
