sometimes i feel the only time i really sweat is during my cardio, i do sweat when i lift but not as much as i do when im running...can your body still get results? because i do start to feel it when im lifting and i do feel the burn...but also i know the diet is mostly what will make my results show...
Some people sweat more than others..... That's all. Nothing to do with getting more or less results. Only thing; you need to drink more water to hydrate yourself.
