hello! im just starting working about two weeks ago. my objective is to gain muscle and currently im using creatine, what protein supplement would u advise? how about mega mass 2000? need ur help guys!

Some of the guys I work with take cell-tech. They have had positive results. Muscle-tech are big right now with people that I work with. Everyone that has been using these products love the way they work.

I would recommend reading the labels and finding one that has what you want. I personally use EAS Simply Protein because it is low in fat and carbs and I have no complaints. You can get them with varying amounts of protein, carbs, vitamins and minerals, etc. so it depends on your personal goals and taste buds. Hope this helps, Good luck!

Look for whey protein isolate. This is a good post-workout protein-type powder. Some can even be used as meal replacements. MuscleTech's Nitro-Tech is great, but a little on the expensive side. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, try EAS Simply Whey.

ok, i use mega mass 2000 and it is amazing.. theres nothing else that has worked at building my muscles at this fast of a rate. Maybe its because it has L-glutamine, L- taurine and L-carnitine.... i think its amazing. Also what kind of creatine are you taking? Twinlab Mega Mass? or A serum or nitro, fill me in!

eat every three hours ....a moderate meal of course.....eat a meal DIRECTLY after your workout.....u wont need any weight gainers

Don't forget eating a good multi vitamine as well. This can make wonders.
Protein and carbs in moderate portions but 6 times daily will give your muscles the best option to GROW!!
