I'm 19, 216 lbs and 6'1. I'm trying to build up some more lean muscle and just generally bulk up.

I'm taking glucosamine and rhodiola for just general stuff. I'm also taking whey protein made by body fortress. It has 16.5 grams of protein per serving and at the moment i take one serving after being to the gym.

Should i be taking this more often and when? Also is there anything else i could be taking that will make a difference?

Would be grateful for any advice on this as I'm so confused by it all.

This doesn't answer the question you asked but as for what else you could be taking depends on your diet. That's first and foremost.

No, Mike, your answer is perfect. Diet is the first and foremost, not supplements. Forget supplements unless they are absolutely needed. People spend so much time searching for supplements that may give them some sort of edge. That time is much better spent analyzing their diets to see where they can get get the proper nutrition from whole foods. Whey protein is fine immediately after a workout. Just make sure you're eating a good meal soon after you workout.
