I haven't used the special mass program here at FT but this is a summary of how well the programs and diet suggestions work.

Two years ago in a visit to the doctor my blood pressure was 230/120. Thats stroke city folks. I was on 2 blood pressure meds. My cholestorol was 226. 8 months later I joined FT.

Upon my last doctor visit BP was 110/67 and I now use only 1 BP med. That may go away too! My cholesterol was 179.

The day I started FT, I could squat 165, bench 135, deadlift 125. My dead is now 333, bench 237, and my squat is 446. And I don't even have to use depends.

If it is possible af my age just imagine where you young-uns can go if you stick with it!!!!!! I don't work out or eat to look like a body builder. I can quote Ron chapter and verse and hold him responsible for most of my health improvements. Per him I take my ZMA, fish oils, multi vitamins, post workout whey, and they helped make me healthy. I also eat 5 or 6 days a week from his grocery list for bodybuilders.

But....I cheat. I eat a cheeseburger or pizza when I want. I have sweets occaisonally. I eat bread and use the wrong nuts in my cottage cheese. I still enjoy an occasional cigar and I hang out and play with rock and roll musicians..

The main thing I do right is do it. It's permanent. I won't worry about a 12 week deadline and I don't care what my BF% is. I feel great and I am a reasonably strong old geezer. I love the lifestyle, the endorphins and folks tellin me I don't look 51.
