My routine calls for Incline Cable Cross-Overs. I don't have the necessary equipment for this. Would Incline Dumbbell Flies do the same thing?

yes, cables just keep stress on the pecs on the essentric contraction( down part) better.

Thank you. It looked like the same motion, I just wasn't sure.

Now off to the gym to find my friendly little 20 pound dumbbells.

Thanks. I had the same question. The bench can be pretty far away sometimes and yes, I actually feel lazy about having to drag it but have no problem lifting till I can't no more. Go figure.

Cable Preacher Curls
How different is this from Barbel Preacher Curls? Close enough? The preacher benches are *wicked* far away from the cable machines.
