I just started my program today, and was able to complete all the exercises with the required reps, except that I CANNOT DO DIPS BEHIND THE BACK! At all, none, zero, zilch.
Can someone give me an alternative to work the same muscle groups until I build up to where I can do these? I feel like such a wimp!(I actually did one set, but my husband was pushing me from below and mostly holding me up, so I don't count that)

That exercise if I am not mistaken is for the triceps, so any mass bulider like skull crushers(lying tricep extension) or dumbell behind the head presses. Looks these up here at the exercies tab. Basically any tricep exercise will help as will shoulders and back and chest. So my advice is to work on buliding some more strength in each area and keep trying them.
