I just started my program today, and was able to complete all the exercises with the required reps, except that I CANNOT DO DIPS BEHIND THE BACK! At all, none, zero, zilch. Can someone give me an alternative to work the same muscle groups until I build up to where I can do these? I feel like such a wimp!(I actually did one set, but my husband was pushing me from below and mostly holding me up, so I don't count that)
