What kind of sets reps exercises do you guys do for your back, no matter how hard i try to hit the back it never seems to get much stronger.

We have been doing wide grip lat pull downs, chin-up close grip lat pull downs and seated rows. We do 3 sets starting at a weight that we can do 12 reps, then raising the weight and doing 10 reps and then raising again and doing 8 reps or to failure. There are also dumbbell rows and deadlifts. The lat pull has so many different attachments that you could do a different one every few months and hit a slightly different angle.

Plain and simple, heavy bent rows, chins and deadlifts.....the cable rows etc are good as a change up but to really gain mass and strength the others rule!
