I've got a question, is it normal or am is my diet/lifting all wrong. I've been getting stronger, but my body weight has stayed the same. Ive been eating good and a lot not sure if its enough, and also been taking a weightgainer for about 1 week now. Pretty much my strength has gotten a lot stronger than a few weeks ago, but my weight has stayed the same, is it possible to gain strength/muscle without gaining weight, or am i just doing more weights that i could had before, but never did?
