im 17 and i lost about 70 lbs and now the skin around my waist and stomach is somewhat stretched. i don't have very much fat there at all, but it makes it look like i have a lot more. any way to tighten up the skin??
drink a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated and maybe even rub some lotion there to keep up with elasticity. mainly its just a matter of time...

buy yourself some preperation H ointment (seriously), and put it on at night before you go to bed. my friend wraps a layer of loose saran wrap around his stomach after he puts it on and then goes to bed with it and takes it off in the morning. it really helps shrink excess skin and reduce stretch marks.
