i am one of those guys who has the flexibility of petrified wood and have always had a problem doing squats, i injured myself before and will be very precautious this time but i would like to know the best sort of stretching technique to help my flexability. :dumbbell:

This may sound like a no brainer, but just stretch a lot. Be sure to get your muscles warm before you do it or you could injure yourself. Do not stretch very much before your workout, but rather do dynamic warmup. Always stretch after your workout. Just my two cents
