i have been trying to tone my stomoch for a while and the only exercise i have thought of and been advised to do is sit ups/crunches as i have no access to a gym do you have any sugjestions on alternative exercises as i enjoy exercise but find crunches so boring. luv Shelly xXx

Sign up for the ft ab workout. It is awesome and many people have gotten really great results.

roni is right, but in the end, any stomach firming workout will work if followed. Even the tapes they sell on TV wil work if you follow them. What they all fail to tell you is your real world results though are going to be determined by proper diet. The people they show on TV who have done this I guarantee you have done the correct diet to get the sufficient results. The correct nutrient intake is essential. Good luck in yours and 90 percent of other peoples quest.

thanks everyone i appreciate your help i have bee advised to stick to 1772 calories 133g protain 266g carbohydrates and 22g of fat daily i am 15 5 foot 6and 9 stone 4 does this sound like a proper balence to you as i wont to be sure befor i change my diet to much can you help love shellyXxX

hi shelly , i am not expert like the team on FT , but from my experience all i can say is that in order to firm u're abs apart from exercise , one must be very particular about the diet he/she is consuming cuz without a proper diet plan , any amount of crunches of leg lifts will not be successfull in attaining a fit abdomen . rest is all determination and hard work . all the best .
