Ok, started training a while ago but am getting serious about it now... a trainer told me I should consider taking creatine but a friend of mine..who is also a trainer said its only useful for powerlifting to give you a slight advantage and is a waste of money for training purposes.

Question: A. Is it worth the money?
Question: B. How should I start.. I know about cycling but how exactly should I go about starting on it?
Thanks

First of all, are you 18 or older? Second, you should do more research on this before you actually go out and buy it. You can start searching in the Supplements forum.

But to answer your questions:
A) It depends as not everyone responds to creatine supplementation
B) There is usually a loading phase, where you take about 20g/day for a week, then 5g/day from there -- it'll be on the label
