I have been working out diligently for 6 months now. I particulary focus on my legs (the dreaded thigh trouble zone, coupled with skinny calves). Yes, I have seen pretty good results. My legs are pretty tight and toned. However, they are just not cut enough for my liking. I want really defined legs. I was wondering if the stairclimber machine might do the job better than the weight training that I have been doing. Ive seen some women on those machines that have simply killer legs. Please shed some light. Maybe my body is just not made to look defined. I am a skinny person. Thanks all.

definition comes from good muscle mass and a low body fat percentage. FIll out your profile so we can help you better. But i'd have to say that your diet is going to be the key here. Keep with the weights do not stop that this will also be key in achieving the legs you want. What kind of cardio are you doing? I would use the stairclimber as part of your cardio, but switch it uop during the week don't just use the stair clime try the eliptical machines , bicycle, and running. Good luck

Squats are the absolute best thing you can do for your leg muscles to come out. The stair climber might tone your legs somewhat, and help lose the fat to make you more cut, but weight training will bring out a lot more muscle and raise the metabolism.
