i was wondering about some exercises for specific goals, i need to work on my peak (bis) and close the gap/add more mass to the inner part of my pecs, and the bottom part of my pecs to kinda square it off. you know just little things like that, to give me a better look and feel for myself. thanks for the help
For the biceps do "half" curls, don't go all the way up nor down. For the pecs do dumbbell flyers and declined barbell bench press (use the Smith machine so you wont loose balance).
Just some suggestions to make you work even more!! (o; Now to get the results you'll need good nutrition, rest and patience.
