Im sure its been asked a million times already but i cant find it..
should i be going to the gym to wreck my muscles, i mean its well knowen that if u wake up in the morning and youre pretty sore youve ripped the muscle and it heal and give you mass.. the only problem is that i dont wake up in the morning that sore, i mean i can feel it slightly, but the first few times i went to the gym i was completly shattered the day after. im in the gym for a quite awhile, basically till my muscles are exahusted.. im doing 12 reps, 3 sets for everything. should i up the weight and down the reps???
