Hi! I am a 23 year old firefighter and lately I have found that when I am walking up hills I get this pain in the outside of my right calf and in the area of my achilles tendon. I do not know exactly what it is. I do not know exactly what to do in order to rectify the problem. I find it odd that it does not happen what so ever in my left leg. Can anyone help me???

Ice and Heat therapy. Stretch it, take Ibuprofin, and if it doesn't get any better, I would see some kinda doctor.
