hi i'm only 16 but i'm a starting cornerback for my high school. I'm here to ask if anybody has a workout that will have me ripped and buff and strong as ever can anybody help? I really need to get big and i need a work out, becuase football is starting in june and i wanna be able to come out bigger and more confident and stronger than ever can any1 help?

If your gonna be cornerback, there are things way more important than size and strength. Speed kills, especially in the defensive backfield. Jumping ability is also huge for a db. Do a lot of plyometricts, sprints and squats. As well as power cleans/snathes, and push/split jerks. You really need to be more powerful than strong. Your hips is where tackling comes from, so explosive movements will make you hit harder, and speed training will make it so you never get beat by a reciever.

check in the powerlifting forum, i think gatormade has posted some specific football programs. Or search fit buddy for football, you might find some good info!
