You have eaten all of your prepared foods for the day (all healthy of course) and find yourself hungry at the end of the day with no way of getting something healthy to eat because nothing is around.
Do you eat the snackwell cookies in the closet at your job (33g of sugar, 38g of carbs and 5g of fat) or do you go hungry, wait until you get home and woof down some fast absorbing whey protein?
Which is worse? Going hungry or eating something that doesnt agree with your daily goals?
From your goals it looks like your trying to gain. If that is the case then it is worse to not eat. Don't make it a daily habit, stick some beef jerky, or some peanut butter in a drawer for an emergency. But hit your goals for the day, and if you're that concerned make up for it the next day and eat just a little bit less of one of your meals.
