And you aren't going to bed yet, but you've already worked out in the morning. This happens to me where I think, maybe I should do another 30 minutes of cardio, but is that overdoing it? Especially, if I'm going to wake up int he morning and do cardio again?

Why don't you have a relaxing evening, a good nights sleep, and push your self farther the next day, then at 9 o'clock that night, you wont want to do any more cardio, i think your body is telling you that you can do more than you are doing.

Yeah, just relax at night. A well rested body really pays off.
