I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to slim down.. I dont want to gain a whole lot of muscle, just enough to look sexy and toned.. mostly i want a flat stomach, iv got a pouch that i cant get rid of no matter how many crunches i do!! any suggestions id love to lose some arm and back fat and tone up my legs(maybe increase butt size a little :)!! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! iv tried every pill diet and most workouts since i was 13!!! :( at this point im about willing to try anything!!!!

One needs to really focus on diet to lose the "pouch." Check the diet forum for some ideas.

For the butt... look to lunges, squats, etc.

how many calories should i be eating a day? do i need to be looking at fat, calories, sugars? i always just look at the calories....

The amount of calories will vary depending upon your goals. Check out www.fitday.com for a good idea of what you are getting in regards to calories, etc.

BAsed on your own body weight multiply by 15 (calories per pound) That is a starting point for one to maintain weight. You have to consume less if you want to lose but never go lower than about 12. Also you must burn more calories than you consume to have success. Look at fat, Protein and carbs to complete your caloric intake.

if i wanted to lose about 20 pounds in 2mnths what should my calorie intake be?

20 pounds in 2 months (8weeks) sounds a little tough to me.
