Hi! I need tips on my sleeping habits, if y'all have any. I need to get up early every morning before school to workout, which I actually love to do (believe it or not), or else there's no more time later in the day to do it. The only problem is, the buzz lasts for awhile, but then I'm really tired later from lack of sleep. How much should I be getting?

Go to sleep earlier. If I dont get between 7-8 hours sleep I feel like crap.

I usually get 5-6 hrs of sleep but when I squeeze in 7-8 I feel so much better.

Try to take magnesium and zing just before you go to bed, it should help you.
