Hey ya'll,

I'm 14, about 5'8. I have a pretty nicely cut arms, its just my mid section (Ab's and pecks) that I'd like to work on. What I'm right now is dieting with a diet that has less fat, and doing cardio alot more often. I do about 75 crunches a day (I dont know if it's over working it or not, but thats what I want to know). I've never really had any suggestions on this, I just decided what would be best. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I have a question, do you think I'd be able to get a nice cut on my mid section by the begginning of April?

:surprised:

Hey,
What is it that you want out of your body? Is your abdominal section the most important part? I suggest that if you want to put on more muscle mass and have an overall muscle toned body dont do as much cardio and do more weight and ab exercises. I suggest doing cardio 2 days a week, and working on your other muscles 3 days a week. But remember you are still young so dont over due your body!
