Hi there,

Was just wondering about reps and single leg presses. I have been alternating legs ie 1L, 1R, 2L 2R but I'm wondering if this is okay or should I be doing 12 reps L then 12 reps R.

I'd do 12 left and then 12 right personally. I don't think that either way is wrong just keep doing it the same way each time.
