Should I use a pyramid or just do all reps with the same weight?

Pyramiding usually means going up in weights with each set, i.e...pyramiding.

I know what it means, I actually used it in my first workout last week and the question is should I continue or just do few weeks with same weights?

yes, increase the weight if you complete your target reps with perfect form, and feel you can do more.

Always challenge the muscle. Go up to a load that makes it work. If you finish your last set and are still doing 10 pretty easily, this is too light.
