Should I mix glutamine and whey?

I realize there have been many posts about this topic, but I am still unsure. I usually take glutamine (powder) in the morning, after working out mid-day, and before bedtime. I also take whey after working out. Which one should I drink first after working out? Or...should I mix the glutamine and the whey? Thanks!

I may be wrong, but I don't think it's a problem if you mix the two. I mix mine into my shake evry day.

yes, its probably even better to add a teaspoon to your post-workout shake than to just drink the shake.

There is some evidence that glutamine can become unstable in a liquid after about 20 minutes, but you have far more time than creatine.
