Hey, sorry for the second questions. I was just wondering if i should follow exactly what the fitness plan on FT says. Should i do more if i can? And how heavy should i lift? (im looking to build muscle) And when do i stop, in the sense of each set.

Ty

Do the reps the way they are listed, lift as much as you safely can for the amount of reps it says, go up next time if it was too easy - that is where a workout journal come sin handy - i draw a little arrow pointing up next to the weight i used if it was too easy, that way i know to go up next time. Stop if your form breaks beofre you are done with the set, draw a little down arrow and use less next time. Leave your ego at the door - good form will get you farther than trying to use your back and legs to push the bar up for a bench press, lol.

Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they\'re yours.
