I FEEL REALLY GUILTY BECAUSE I HAD A SLICE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE AND SOME MINI QUICHES AND PIES. i'M ON A DIET SO I FEEL REALLY BAD. iS IT SO BAD TO PIG OUT EVERY ONCE INA WHILE?

Jasmine - a samll indulgence once and a while isn't bad, but it kind of sounds like you were binging. Were you eating for emotional reasons or are you not consuming enough calories throughout the day, thus driving your body to urge you to eat?

don't feel bad...I just ate a lot of pizza! I kinda feel guilty right now to...but as long as its not a regular habbit its ok.

I am glad I am not the only human here that blows my diet. Everytime I do and I tell my wife she always reminds me that it doesn't do any good to feel guilty about it. It's okay cheat every 7-10 days or so. In fact, I read somewhere that it actually shocks your body and puts your metabolism in gear from it. But of course, don't use that as an excuse to eat junk once a week. Remind yourself why you are on a diet without feeling guilty about it. You are doing it because you want to be healthy. You want to feel good and look good. You want people to look up to you and behind your back (or in front of your face) say, "WOW...She/he really takes care of her/himself."
Don't feel guilty. Once in a while isn't going to make that big of a difference. Good luck and stay with it! :)
