Ok....my shins are a problem again.Got the new shoes and the past few weeks have been better,but the pain is back(Left leg only).How do I stretch my shins???I've tried and tried and I can't seem to get it.I can do my calves...but I no idea how to stretch the shins.So if there are any ideas out there...or sites with explanations someone knows about...please share!!
you may can try standing on a stair using only your heels with most of your foot hanging off (hope you can picture that). Simply raise your foot from the toes as far up as you can go then as far down. Basically a reverse calf raise .You will feel it where you are asking but it may not be stretching it. Hope that helps
