shed a small amount of fat?

i only have a little fat around my body. but enough fat to cover my muscles. im able to see my muscles when i flex though. what should i do to burn this amount of fat? im not obeis. theres just some jiggly parts on my arms, legs, pecs, and stomach. should i try HIIT?

Strict diet and workout. Do some searches on both. Mainly diet. Check the specific nutrition and diet forum. Lots of good stuff there. Including recipes.

Try a regimine of HIIT and standard duration cardio. Try 15 minutes of HIIT, rest 5 minutes, and then do 30-40 minutes of standard medium intensity duration cardio as mentioned.

But first and foremost, diet is key. If your diet is not sufficient(caloric deficit with enough protein to feed muscle), you will still not shed that layer of fat.
