I know a lot of you set goals, but how do you go about doing it specifically? Do you write it down? Do you set a timeframe? How specific in your goals do you get? How do you remind yourself of you goals?

I'm just curious as to how I should establish my goals and carry them out. Thanks.

Hello...

Yes, I've written goals down.. not all, but some. It makes it real and then you are kinda committed.

A few months ago, I had a goal for chinups... I wrote it down and told a few people... they reminded me!

Writing them down or telling someone helps.
