I am new to this site and I was wandering if it is preferred to work all the the reps in a set before moving to a new set? Or is it preferred to do one rep in a set, move to another set and do one rep from that set, and so forth until all reps in a set are done?

Do all the reps in the sets... rest... carry on with the next set.
