i've been going to the gym 3x a week for about 4wks now. yesterday after my shower i noticed two little longish "dents" on either side of my mid to lower ab area. they weren't there before. and i've noticed more of a curve on my sides (the feminine curve not the fat roll kind lol) so i'm really excited.
i havent completely changed my eating habits yet. i'm still trying to use stuff up i have and buy as a run out of the less healthy choice. (it's not in my budget to throw everything out and buy all different stuff at once.) but anyways i thought i would share. this site has helped a lot. i cant wait to see more results once my kitchen is done with it's healthy food make over.
