Well, our first tournament is november 30, Currently I weigh 132(I think I accidently put 140 In another post)well, anyway I am trying to get down to 119-125 for a week I tried the 6-meals a day thing that worked great for me in building muscle, but it wasn't making me loose weight, so in 1-2 weeks I will start a new Weightloss/Lifting plan, that will be something like:

Day 1- Heavy(Upper Body)
Day 2- Light(Lower Body)
Day 3- Light(Upper Body)
Day 4- Heavy(Lower Body
Day 5- Rest
Day 6- Light(Whole Body)
Day 7- Rest

I will also be running about 3-5 miles every day including off days, I am still deciding to quit taking Cell, and Nitrotech since they clearly are amazing. so tell me tips, or anything else, thanks.

Circuit training and working in supersets, no rest but work no more for 45-60 mins.

You can do 20-30 min of HIIT cardio in the mornings 3-4 times a week as well to boost the metabolism.

Don't take heavy with this exercise program (or you'll just overtrain) but lots of (exhausting) repetitions.
Training like that will never give you more muscle mass but it can definitely help you to tone.

Listen to your body and if you feel too tired, take an extra day off.
