Omega 3's and Omega 6's are both polyunsaturated. Omega 9's are monosaturated. Omega 9's you should get the most of, like olive oil. Omega 6's a bit less, and Omega 3's the least. Some examples of Omega 6's are nuts, peanut butter, soy, etc. Omega 3's are more fish oils, like salmon, most cold water fish. These are also good, but in the pecking order of fats, the least of the 3. Here is a great website that has lots of info/listing of fats.
