saran wrap?????

AfTeRsHoCk5 Posts: 39 Joined: 2003/11/05	2004/01/25, 03:55 PM People at my gym told me i can lose weight faster by wraping saran wrap around my waist and stomach and do do cardio i will swaet the fat away..thatw as coming froma traiiner there...is that true...thank you mikey

LOL All you'll do is dehydrate yourself, and sure you'll weight less but I doubt you'll feel too good. Now the cardio will help w/ the fat, why don't you get on the treadmill and just do the cardio while you laugh at that trainer running around wrapped in Seran Wrap, that should give you a good chuckle.

TRad Posts: 94 Joined: 2004/01/03	2004/01/25, 06:32 PM I sometimes like to wear a garbage bag instead of pants and them wrap myself with aluminum foil around my upper body and them coat my face with vaseline. Not sure if it does anything for me, but I no one seems to get in my way when I want to use a machine.
