Hi i've been doing weights for a while now and i recently signed up to the site and the muscle mass gain program. Is it better for me to do reps like 20 16 15 14 or 12 6 5 4????
If you are trying to gain mass, always make it a point to go with a lower rep, heavy weight scheme. So the latter will be your choice. Use 12 for your warmup, then maybe a set of 8, then proceed to your work sets. If you can get more than 6, the weight is too light, add some. If you can't get at least 4, drop back a bit. Use 6 as your goal for adding weight.
