My shoulders sag a bit (probably from not working them out for a while) and wanted to know what would be the best exercise to straighten them up. I was thinking military presses but not sure if maybe there is something that works better..thanks in advance for the help.

You might want to incorporate various other shoulder exercises with the military press. Try sitting dumbell press,
sitting lateral raises, bent over dumbell laterals, those are just a few, try them and see how they work for you.

I agree with Ivan, DB presses, laterals and reverse flyes have really helped my hubby and myself square up the shoulders. I already had pretty broad shoulders, but his have changed a lot since doing those.

Also try shrugs-heavy.

Also work on your back - maybe some bent rows or close grip pulldowns, or machine rows. That should help your posture. I would think sagging shoulders would be due to poor posture as much as actual weakness in the shoulders.
