i joined the cross country running team 2 days ago. I was sore this morning but i was able to do it again. I almost feel like if i do it again tommarow i might actually damage something. So im thinking about not going tommarow. What do you think? And what do you think about running in general.
get lots of rest soon you wont feel a thing when you run because your body will get use to it and running is good for the heart and body in general. i know that feeling i play varsity b-ball and we run alot and get banged up
your body will let you know if you need to stop. Pay attention to shin splints and soreness that you can't run out of after warming up. good luck, and welcome to the forum.
