I was listening to the radio and an infomercial thing came on about Ruby Reds saying it is high in fruit and has one gram of sugar, and has protien, fiber, and things to help digestive things work. anyone kno if this is good?

Well, there is a grapefruit diet and Ruby Reds are grapefruit. Why not make them part of a balanced diet. But I wouldn't recommend taking them in pill form.
