day two legs oh yeah.leg extentions20@105 had incourgement from lady in gym on last 4,16@90 needed little more on last one but got it outer thighs feel like two nuclear cores melting down.buddy comes in and it begins with a little help from a rare metallica/megadeath song "hunger" i pump out 15 more at 90(forgot to change weight)legs now in terminal meltdown one last set to goonly got 12@75lbs but legs jello.alittle massage and i'm off to leg curls(i know know how my 6 year daughter felt so long ago when she took those first unstable but forward steps.)legs curls ok no wieght markings(lifestyle machine if any one knows off hand) anyway cranking up metallica's cover of "am i evil" on the head phones i pump out 20@7 plates (legs feel like getting tattooed i love that feeling)next set 16@ 8 plates needed some incouragement so my buddy smacked me (and ran ) but i finished the last 4next set 14@7plates with little spoting on feet so they didn't go back down i got them all in.last set with some primal grunts and howls that would shake vallahala itself i got 12 @7plates lots of help on last one but i did it.standing calf raises ....no machie but buddy had hiking pack in truck that held 3 45 plates went till failure only 38 oh well i have to start some where.i good rub down on legs and cool down walk on trend i realize the biggest battle of day I live on 3rd floor of apartment building.

lol..I soooo know the feeling. Going up isn't too awfully bad, but going down the next day makes you wish you had a slide installed.

Yep. You'll start to feel it the next morning. And then, by the second and third day, even bathroom visits will become a nightmare! I love leg day!

Way to go. You will probably give a weeks pay for an elevator in a day or two. That's a good sign. Hang in there.

Good job my warrior friend. Got to love leg days I cant walk up stairs or get off the can thoose days lol. A little stretching and some walking helps.

I had my nightmarish leg day friday.Went sideways down the stairs, for some reason it worked better.For all this pain there better be some gain.

oh yeah up date on yesterday shoulders sore as hell hard to scratch nose or head.abs feel like charles buffalo stampeded on them (yesterday also started 12 week abs.i love punishment)room mates think i'm dying, i gave up chance to go out and drink (their treat)and have fun on fat tuesday.i also feel little soreness in right elbow
