Im just starting to take ripped fuel and whey protien together however I dont want to loose wieght id like to just be more defined. So i am going to take protien with it, do you think that this will work?

To get more defined, you need proper diet. Ripped fuel is not going to do what you are envisioning. Simply set up your diet for a caloric deficit, keep protein high, increase the frequency of your work ethic...both weights and cardio, and you will see results.

simple question here...when you say caloric deficit...what is your number? if it's under 2,500 calories you're setting someone up for malnutrition. the world health organization considers 2,100 calories or less...STARVATION! the body uses between 75% and 90% of your total caloric intake for simple things (resting metabolic rate, digestion, elimination, etc) that we take for granted. if you don't have enough QUALITY nutrition, you're body is just going to leach nutrients from the sources in the body to simply survive!
an important note to expand on here is QUALITY nutrition. if you are taking in low quality foods (non foods), it actually takes more nutrients to digest, process and eliminate than you actually recieve from the food. this creates a serious nutritional cycle of deficiencies that are the root of every degenerative disease that we know of.
