I jusrt read an article on this herbal suppplemnet and it makes some fantastic claims, most are backed by research.
I was wondering if anyone has tried this? To summarize, they have found it helps with the following: Fighting Fatigue Improving physical performance - it boosts the activity of your mitochondria. Easing depression - for mild to moderate cases Treating impotence/loss of libedo Enhancing immunity Boosting brain power. The doctors quoted in the article prescribe it to patients suffering from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, lime disease-like syndromes (unnamed) and depression. It was first used to boost the performance of Russian athletes in the Olympics and for astronauts. I am going to do a web search and see what else I can find, but if anyone has tried this i would like to know if it helped them. -------------- Get er done |

It does show alot of promise I have heard good feedback on it. But different companies use different standards on raw materials so it can be difficult to find quality and the true dose needed.-------------- Keith Hardy CFO Serious Nutrition Solutions LLC keith@seriousnutritionsolutions.com www.seriousnutritionsolutions.com |

I have used Muscle Synergy by Beverly that contains it quite extensively with great results. The research is sound.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

I've been taking the Muscle Synergy for about a month after reading some good things about the Arginine/beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutarate/Glutamine compound. For example, in studies with HIV patients, there was dramatically less tissue wasting with the use of the compound. I'll try to find the research I was reading and post it later. I would also be interested in reading more if you could suggest a few studies to look into. Can you tell me how long you took Synergy before noticing the benefits?

It will take about 1 bottle, it is a product you need to stay with it, and do not underdose. It will not work if you do this. In fact, I found best doseage to be even higher at 10 twice per day.

This is from Beverly's website...The effects of tyrosine are strengthened even further with the addition of Rhodiola rosea (410 mg; 3% rosavins, 1% salidroside) a performance-enhancing adaptogen of European and Mongolian origins that provides what users describe as 'pleasant, stress-relieving' benefits along with a jitter-free mental 'edge' that has to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
