I have RA and I was wondering if I should alter my weight training in any way, like doing more sets instead of rep or less set and more reps to eliminate stress on my joints.

Welcome to ft!

That depends...how do you feel after you work out? If you feel fine, I wouldn't change a thing. Good luck!

Ever heard about glucosamine and chondroitine? Well I don't know if those supplements could be of any help for you.
Also be very careful of having enough omega 3 fats in your diet.

No don't necessairly do more reps (but be sure of warming up well). Better go and check with the doc if it hurts you.
