I have a question regarding the Reverse Calf Raises.
I think I know what that is but I am not sure.
What I do is stand on my toes or actually just the front part of the foot and lower myself and then raise myself therefore using my own weight.
Stand on a courner or side of any machine and just up and down, up and down. Hard to explain.
And what do I put in as the weight into the log?
If anyone can explai it would be great. If you could post here and email it would be even better since I'm afraid I might now find this post again.
Thanks guys.

I stand with my heels on the edge of a step, raising and lowering my foot... to input the weight, I usually put a zero if I haven't added any extra weight....
