Hey!
I am on my 3rd week of the home exercise plan, and i'm already seeing results! But they are both good and bad.
The good results are that I appear to have lost some body fat, I look better then I did before as far as weight goes. Also, I'm able to endure longer workouts then when I first started (i was only doing 2 sets at first, now i'm doing three, and i increased my weight size to 5lbs from 3lbs...i'm also able to do more reps for my triceps, those were the hardest)
The bad results are that since I started the program, especially this past week, I've felt weaker then usual. It is harder for me to get out of bed in the morning even after I got 8 hours of sleep, and it's harder to get through work in the day. I feel hungrier and when I do eat, I feel rejuvinated, but then it's not long before I start to feel weak again. I've been increasing the amount of calories I have been eating, if you haven't read in any of my previous posts, I was eating too low of an amount of calories.
Do these symptoms mean that my metabolism is getting faster, so I should eat more? I eat 6 small meals a day, should I increase the portion size? I get full pretty fast, but lately my usual portion size has left me only almost satisfied.
and another question......is there a tricep exercise that can substitute for the dips behind the back? i have wrist problems, and it really strains my wrists.

Are you eating enough protein at each meal?
Do overhead extensions, since you have dumbbells.
