How long should I rest between sets? I am doing the muscle mass program.

I believe they say it's between 30seconds and 1 minute 30 seconds. I read that you're not supposed to stop for more than two minutes in between sets.

If you're lifting very heavy, you can rest 2-3 minutes. Make sure to stretch in between sets.
