say ya do your entire upper body in one night. you do things like your biceps, triceps, forearms, lower and upper chest, lats and shoulders,( with high amounts of weights and low reps to gain mass) and ya do like 1 or 2 exercises for each. how much rest should u have before doing this again because i herd if ya do this every other day your muscles won't rest and theyy will start to decrease.

That is a lot to work in one workout if you are trying to gain mass.
Split it out and design it so you hit the muscles groups every 3-4 days.

Zared,
If you want to put on mass, you need to split up your muscle workouts a bit. Personally, I do one muscle group per workout when I am building mass. Biceps one day, Triceps one day, Shoulders one day, etc. Now, that is just what *I* do, and that won't work for everyone, but you definitely need to focus more than you presently are on individual muscles.
Also, go with more exercises per muscle group. Chose 3, 4, or even 5 great exercises per bodypart, and do 3 - 5 challenging sets of each exercise.
